How to Cancel Your Subscription

Go to your dashboard

Log into your Paymavo account and navigate to your dashboard

Click "Account"

Go to the Account section in your dashboard

Step 2: Manage Subscription

Click "Manage Subscription"

This will redirect you to Stripe's customer portal

Important Notes

No Refunds

Subscription cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing period. We don't provide prorated refunds for unused time.

Data Preservation

Your invoices, customers, and account data will be preserved. You can reactivate your Pro subscription at any time.

Reactivation

If you change your mind, you can upgrade back to Pro anytime from your dashboard.
