1. Subscription & Pricing

Paymavo offers a simple, transparent pricing model:

• Free Plan

  Up to 3 invoices/month

• Pro Plan

  • $9/month, billed monthly
  • $7/month, billed annually ($84/year)

You can cancel at any time via the Stripe billing portal. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.

2. Service Description

Paymavo provides invoicing and payment processing services for freelancers and small businesses, including:

• Invoice creation and management
• Online payment processing
• Client management
• Payment tracking

4. Payment Processing

Payment processing is provided by Stripe and is subject to their Connected Account Agreement.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe's PCI DSS compliant infrastructure
• Stripe handles fraud protection and dispute management
• We are not responsible for Stripe's processing fees or policies

5. Infrastructure & Security

Paymavo is built on secure, industry-standard infrastructure:

• Hosted on Vercel with enterprise-grade security measures
• Data encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256
• Regular security audits and monitoring
• Secure data backups and disaster recovery procedures

6. Service Availability

• The service is provided on a best-effort basis
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service
• We are not liable for service interruptions

7. Data and Privacy

Your data privacy and security are our top priorities:

• Your data privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy
• We follow GDPR guidelines for data protection
• You retain ownership of your business data
• We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our terms

8. Limitation of Liability

Paymavo is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions
• Third-party payment processing issues
• Indirect or consequential damages

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms
• We will notify users of significant changes
