What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards through our secure Stripe integration.

How long do payments take to process?

Payments are processed instantly and funds are typically available in your account within 1-2 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Are there any payment processing fees?

Paymavo doesn't charge additional fees for payments. Standard Stripe processing fees apply (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction).

What happens if a payment fails?

If a payment fails, your customer will see an error message and can try again with a different payment method. You'll be notified of failed payments via email.

How do refunds work?

Refunds can be issued through your Stripe Dashboard. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically take 5-10 business days to appear.

Is payment processing secure?

Yes, all payments are processed securely through Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant and uses bank-level encryption to protect customer data.
