What credit cards are supported?
We support all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through our Stripe integration.
How long does it take to receive payments?
Payments are confirmed instantly, but funds typically arrive in your bank account within 2-7 business days depending on your bank.
Are there any payment processing fees?
Stripe charges standard processing fees (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction for Canadian cards). Paymavo does not add any additional fees.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your client will be notified immediately and can retry with a different payment method. You'll also receive a notification about the failed payment.
How do I issue a refund?
Refunds can be processed through your Stripe dashboard. The funds will be returned to your client's original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Is payment processing secure?
Yes, all payments are processed securely through Stripe, which is PCI Level 1 certified - the highest level of security in the payment industry.
